Order you credit card reports.

It is a good practice to order your credit report every year. You never know what errors lurk in them. The first time I ordered my credit report, I found that my bank still had a lien on my car though the car loan was long paid off.

This is so true. Once, they charged me for an item I never bought. I called them, and they said they will investigate it. They called me cack to tell me it was their fault, and that It wasn’t theft. I canceled the credit card. So, it is very important to check your reports. You don’t want to pay something you never bought.
